Over the course of a 15-year technology consulting career, Nate LaFerle has been a trusted advisor to some of the world’s largest organizations. After leading global project teams at well-known clients like 3M, American Airlines, Johnson & Johnson, Nate served in a series of executive roles at a Boston-based software and services company, where he spearheaded a number of transformational organizational, talent and technology initiatives for the firm and its 1,300+ worldwide employees.
Throughout his career, he’s cemented a reputation as a creative, passionate, and above all, effective technology leader across diverse industries, organizations and projects.
He built his career surfacing business insights, improving efficiency, and establishing data-driven decisionmaking through a deep understanding of enterprise data. On that foundation, Nate has developed innovative talent programs, spanning learning & development, performance management, career development, and communications, dramatically improving employee engagement in the process. Continuing on a mission of transformation, he led multiple merger integration programs, developing a holistic approach to change that balances technical complexity with the people-first, data-driven mindset that remains crucial in today’s market.
